Add two scoops (16g each) to 300-350ml of water/skimmed milk in your shaker with a handful of ice. Shake and consume immediately. Use less liquid for a thicker and stronger tasting shake. Use milk for a creamier tasting shake. Hot cappuccino/latte: Add one scoop(16g) to 200 ml of water/millk in your mug. Mix it well. Warm it in a microwave for about 45-90 second depending on the power and stir again.
