Glutamine is a Conditionally-Essential-Amino-acid and is the most abundant free-form amino acid found in skeletal muscle. Glutamine levels in blood are known to taper off following exercise or sports, as well as in individuals experiencing periods of catabolism, such as injury or surgery. When supplemented regularly, Glutamine may provide:

    ✔ Anti-catabolic and Immune support*
✔ Positive effects on Growth Hormone (GH) levels*
    ✔ Improved Recovery from Exercise*

NEULIFE® (PROCEL®) L-GLUTAMINE uses only the best and most bioavailable amino acids in the industry. Our All-Vegan Amino-acid line is manufactured using a unique fermentation process, which produces a cleaner, clearer molecule as opposed to most other products on the market. All NEULIFE® (PROCEL®) Amino Acids are micronized for superior absorption.

Mix ONE serving (1Teaspoon) of L-Glutamine Powder to 200ml of plain water and consume immediately after Exercise. Can also be added to your Protein shakes to boost their Glutamine content. An additional serving may be taken before bedtime for improved Growth Hormone production.

Q.1 What is Glutamine?

Glutamine is a Conditionally-Essential-Amino-acid and is the most abundant free-form amino acid found in skeletal muscle. Glutamine levels in blood are known to taper off following exercise or sports, as well as in individuals experiencing periods of catabolism, such as injury or surgery. When supplemented regularly, Glutamine may provide:

    ✔ Anti-catabolic and Immune support*
✔ Positive effects on Growth Hormone (GH) levels*
    ✔ Improved Recovery from Exercise*

Q.2 How is Glutamine different from BCAAs

BCAAs (branched chain amino acids) are essential amino acids, which means that they cannot be produced by the body and must be taken exogenously. Glutamine on the other hand is a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning it can be produced by the body under conditions of need. In terms function, BCAAs are primarily used to promote protein synthesis and energy metabolism during exercise, while Glutamine is primarily used to prevent catabolism and promote production of specific hormones such as GH and Testosterone.

Q.3 What is the best time to use Glutamine?

Glutamine is usually taken immediately following exercise or sports, and once more before bedtime.

Q.4 Can I take Glutamine if I’m already taking BCAAs?

Yes, both Glutamine and BCAAs have different functional pathways and can thus be taken concurrently for superior physiological results.

Q.5 Whey protein already contains Glutamine, so why do I need to take it separately?

All complete proteins including whey protein contain 22 amino acids, one of which is Glutamic Acid. Glutamic Acid is a precursor to Glutamine, but its quantum in intact proteins (such as whey proteins) is not enough so as to impart ergogenic effects on the body, namely anti-catabolism, GH boost and IGf-1 boost.

Q.6 How much Glutamine should I consume per day for best results?

Aim for an intake of 5-20g of Glutamine per day depending on body weight and activity levels.

Q.7 For how long can I continue taking Glutamine?

Glutamine supplementation can be continued for extended periods of time without the need for cycling or breaks.

Q.8 Is Glutamine safe to consume?

Yes Glutamine is a natural amino acids found in proteins as well as produced inside the human body and is 100% safe to consume over extended
